This 12-week intensive online program focuses on personal development coaching specifically for women leaders (ages 18-35), helping them build unshakable confidence, step into their leadership potential, and become true leaders in their own right. In this intimate circle, you’ll receive tailored coaching, actionable strategies, and a supportive community—all designed for maximum impact, similar to youth mentoring programs that foster growth and empowerment.

This 7-week virtual youth empowerment and enrichment program is designed for young girls ages 13-19 years old. Sign youth up today to receive 7 coaching sessions (1 hour each) of virtual mentorship, professional development coaching, and life coaching. Coach K will cover essential topics such as The Power of Influence, Choosing Healthy Friendships, The Power of Now, The Power of Your Voice, Team Building, Core Values, Respect for Self and Others, Accountability, and Goal Setting. Additionally, the Path to Purpose Speed Networking Event is free for all Back to the Basics participants and serves as a fantastic opportunity for youth mentoring programs. This quarterly speed networking event is powered by Coach K through K Consulting Services, promoting women leadership coaching and inspiring the next generation.

Coach K teaches women Glow Getters through personal development coaching how to create income on their terms, providing them the freedom for a momcation—to rest, travel, take a break, and show up for themselves in ways they’ve been craving. Within the Momcation community, these Glow Getters engage in virtual workshops and one on one coaching sessions to learn how to monetize their skills (yes, even the ones you think are 'regular'), create realistic offerings and digital products, make extra money online or in person, and start building without burnout. Additionally, the Speaker Coaching Program helps build speaker confidence and reframe storytelling to connect with your target audience and build your brand.

W.O.W. is for women who desire to strengthen their relationship with God, build connections with other Kingdom Women, and be empowered to uplift those around them through personal development and Bible based study. Kingdom Women gather on the 4th Saturday at 10am (EST). In this huddle, Lady K and other faith led women provide equip women with the Biblical tools and resources they need to navigate their daily battles. We are on the battlefield for the Lord and we can overcome through the Word of God, prayer, belief, and unity.

As a Pastor’s wife, Lady K created this Huddle as a safe space for clergy's wives to share their joys, challenges, lessons learned, triumphs, and wisdom. Kingdom Wives IMPACT meet once a month in a huddle format, where First Ladies come together to join forces and provide support for one another. As Kingdom Wives, we also come together to host quarterly service projects, through this group, aimed at empowering women both locally and nationwide.
